YBJ-6 Six Stations Hyraulic CNC Plate Punching Machine

This machine is used for producing the iron tower in electric power, communication 

and punching metal parts in automobile and other industries.

Machine`s Features:

1) This machine is a total of six modules (according to user needs can adopt liner die 

     arrangement or double row type die arrangement),it can carry on multi-specification, 

  multi-aperture punching process, it`s mould is removed and installed conveniently, its 

     positioning is accurate, greatly shorten the work stoppage time and tooling adjustment 

     time, improve work efficiency;

2) The machine is equipped with a two-spindle CNC feeding table. The work-piece can 

     be accurately positioned in any position in the working area to complete the punching 

     function;

3) The clamping of he work-piece has the origin location and relocation function, for the 

     work-piece of the irregular polygon, the origin location is accurate, convenient and accurate. 

     The machining accuracy of the single piece and the interchangeability of the same work-piece 

     are guaranteed. For super-long work-piece, the punch hole can be carried out in the middle 

     of he machining process;

4) The machine adopts C-type double plate steel plate welding structure, which is rigid, small in size, 

     light in weight and large in operating space;

5) The machine has a independent hydraulic power system and electrical numerical control system, 

     which adopts centralized central control, and has automatic lubricating device, simple structure, 

     easy to use and maintenance.
